1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the website at wsblabs.com (the “site”), which is operated by WSB Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“WSB Labs”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nothing on the site is sold or licensed directly. Software products that WSB Labs operates, such as Prompt Chainr, are governed by their own terms on their own websites. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between WSB Labs and the client. Nothing on the site is an offer to enter into either.

2. Use of the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the systems that host it. Automated access is permitted only where it is reasonable, such as search engine indexing.

3. Content and accuracy

The site is provided for general information about WSB Labs and its work. Content may change or be removed at any time without notice. Worked examples on the site, including any aviation notices and their structured output, are illustrative. They are not operational data and must not be used for flight planning or any other real world decision.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, and code of the site belong to WSB Labs unless stated otherwise. Open source projects that WSB Labs publishes are licensed under the terms that accompany each project. Names and logos of third parties belong to their respective owners.

5. Links to other sites

The site links to external websites, including product sites and code repositories. WSB Labs does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WSB Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything linked from it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
