Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

WSB Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“WSB Labs”), operates the website at wsblabs.com and is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@wsblabs.com.

This policy covers only this website. Software products that WSB Labs operates, such as Prompt Chainr, have their own privacy policies on their own websites.

2. What this site collects

The site has no accounts, no forms, and no comment features. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and all other assets are served from the site itself, so visiting a page does not send your information to any third party service.

Two kinds of information can still reach WSB Labs:

  • Email you send. If you write to an address on the site, WSB Labs receives your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
  • Server logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. GitHub records standard technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time, to maintain the security and integrity of its service. 3. How it is used

Email is used to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started, including any consulting engagement that follows. Server logs are used to keep the site running, to diagnose problems, and to protect it against abuse. Personal information is not sold and is not used for advertising.

4. Who else sees it

GitHub processes server logs as part of hosting the site. Email is handled by WSB Labs’s email provider. Neither is permitted to use your information for their own purposes. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.

Links on the site lead to external websites, including product sites and code repositories. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

5. How long it is kept

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the conversation and for WSB Labs’s business and legal records. Server logs are held by GitHub for a limited period under its own retention rules; WSB Labs does not keep a separate copy.

6. Your choices

You can ask WSB Labs to show you, correct, or delete the personal information it holds about you by emailing admin@wsblabs.com. Residents of some jurisdictions have additional rights under local law, and WSB Labs will honor them where they apply.

7. Where it is processed

WSB Labs is based in the United States and information is processed there. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to the United States.

8. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and WSB Labs does not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

WSB Labs may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
